Yes, it ships with a standard A2-style flash hider. If you want to swap it out, the barrel is threaded 1/2×28, so most common brakes and suppressors will fit.

Absolutely. The M400-TREAD V2 uses standard AR-15 magazines, triggers, grips, and stocks. The TREAD handguard has its own barrel nut, but the rest is Mil-Spec compatible.
