About this product

In Stock: Savage Arms Predator Hunter — 139+ sold. In stock at Indiana Gunshop.

Available for delivery across the United States.

If you’re hunting coyotes, prairie dogs, or other varmints, the Savage Arms Predator Hunter is a tool that does what it says. We’ve carried this model since fall 2025, and it’s become a regular reorder item — consistently popular with our customers. The heavy barrel and adjustable AccuTrigger give you the precision to make shots count, even in rough conditions. It’s a straight-up hunting rifle built for the field, not the gun safe.

Key Highlights

  • AccuTrigger — adjustable from 2.5 to 6 pounds, lets you dial in your preferred pull weight for consistent accuracy.
  • Heavy, fluted barrel — reduces barrel whip and dissipates heat faster during multiple shots, keeping your point of impact steady.
  • AccuStock — aluminum bedding block free-floats the barrel, so stock flex won’t mess with your zero.
  • Synthetic stock with Mossy Oak® Bottomland camo — weather-resistant and low-glare, blends in with most terrain.
  • Threaded barrel — 5/8×24 pattern, ready for a muzzle brake or suppressor (brake included).

Does the Predator Hunter come with a scope or rings?

No, it does not. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Savage’s proprietary scope mounting system (flat top), so you’ll need appropriate rings and a scope. We stock several options — give us a call if you need help matching them up.

What’s the difference between this and the Savage 110 Scout?

The Predator Hunter has a heavier, fluted barrel for better heat management and accuracy during strings of fire. The Scout has a shorter barrel and iron sights. The Predator Hunter is built for varmint and predator hunting where precision matters more than quick handling.

Is this rifle accurate out of the box?

In our experience, yes. We’ve seen consistent sub-MOA groups with quality factory ammunition. The AccuTrigger and free-floated barrel help. As with any rifle, break-in and proper ammo selection make a difference.
